Janine joined AMD solicitors in 2014. Janine specialises in Commercial Property and deals with a wide range of commercial property issues.                                       

Janine has acted for international and national clients of all sizes including start–up companies, SMEs and large companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships, directors and shareholders, private individuals and financial institutions.

Janine acts on a variety of transactions including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold land,
