AMD is pleased to welcome newly qualified Solicitor Anna Sivula to the growing Company & Commercial team. Anna was admitted as a Solicitor in August 2018 having completed her training contract with the firm. Anna will be based at the firm’s Whiteladies Road office.
Anna joined AMD in September 2015 as a commercial paralegal while completing her combined Legal Practice Course (LPC) and MSc in Law and Business Management with the University of Law in Bristol. Anna secured a training contract with AMD in August 2016 after graduating from her LPC with a Distinction.
Anna completed a commercially focussed training contract with her first seat in commercial and her final seat in corporate. Due to this focus, Anna has been able to develop consistent client relationships throughout her training whilst supporting Director, Grant McCall. Anna also started to build her own caseload as a trainee and one of her early clients has said the following about Anna:
"Anna communicated with me using plain English with none of the legal jargon that most solicitors tend to use and was very patient in answering the questions I had. She went on to draft a set of terms and conditions that were then tailored to suit my business' needs and it was done professionally and extremely thoroughly.
Anna is now taking my business through the trademarking process to protect its name which I am really excited about.
I cannot recommend Anna and AMD highly enough for their hard work, patience and professionalism in creating work that will massively aid in the development of my business."
