Rebecca Demetriou - Solicitor

Rebecca joined AMD in 2005 and was admitted as a solicitor in November 2007.  Rebecca specialises in family law including cases concerning children, divorce and financial arrangements following divorce or separation of unmarried couples.

In particular, Rebecca has considerable experience in representing parents and grandparents involved in complex disputes about children with both other family members and social services.

Most recently, Rebecca has:

• Been instructed on behalf of the official solicitor in complex care proceedings;
• Provided advice to clients, both parents and grandparents in complex children disputes;
• Supported and advised clients who have been the victim of domestic violence and assisted them in obtaining injunctions

Rebecca’s personal approach and commitment ensure that disputes are resolved in a non confrontational and cost effective manner.
