Rachael Allport - Solicitor

Rachael originally joined AMD Solicitors in 2006 as a Paralegal, having completed her law degree at the University of Sheffield.

Rachael then left the company in 2007 to pursue her BVC Post Graduate Diploma and was called to the Bar in October 2008.

Rachael rejoined the company in 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in February 2012. 

Rachael specialises in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, landlord and tenant and business disputes as well as undertaking licensing applications . Rachael also acts in court actions concerning children and matrimonial matters including obtaining emergency protection orders. Given her training Rachael particularly enjoys advocacy and representing clients in both County Court and Family Proceedings Courts.
