Peter Golding - Director and Solicitor (TEP) - Head of the Private Client Department

Peter was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988, subsequently becoming Senior Partner of the long established firm Bush and Bush, which is now part of AMD Solicitors.

Peter has wide ranging expertise in many areas of non-contentious law. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a trained Mediator able to mediate in disputes including civil, family and commercial disputes.

Peter heads the Private Client Department and has a strong interest in all aspects of Probate, Wills, Trusts, Tax, Partnerships, Tax planning and Inheritance.

Peter is a former President of the University of Bristol Students Union. He is currently involved in various local charities including being a Trustee of the Clifton Children's Society and legal adviser to KWADS . He is also a Member of Bristol Savages.
