Marian is a Founder member of AMD Solicitors and is pleased to have seen the company grow whilst continuing to provide the personal and caring service that it has developed a name for.

Marian sits as a Tribunal Judge in the Health Education and Social Care Chamber where she hears appeals concerning children with special educational needs, in the Social Entitlement Chamber and the Mental Health Review Tribunal hearing appeals under the Mental Health Act.

For many years Marian was a Deputy Receiver in the Office of the Public Guardian.
