Grant McCall - Director and Commercial Solicitor

Grant joined the Commercial Team in 2008 and has since specialised in working with the owners of businesses for their company commercial and commercial property requirements.

Grant advises businesses of all sizes from start up businesses, family owned businesses right through to medium and large sized limited companies of regional and national presence.

Grant’s caseload deals with private company acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, company law compliance, shareholder agreements, intellectual property protection, commercial leasing and commercial property purchases and sales.

Grant also has a special interest in intellectual property law and in particular the protection and exploitation of trademarks.
